The architects of this one really pulled out all the stops; their attention to detail is on display from the unique building facade to the design of the layouts themselves and everywhere in-between. Highlighted by a landscaped rooftop garden, amenities here include a sky-lit indoor/outdoor pool, a well-furnished resident lounge and a fitness center. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much easier for anybody working in or commuting from the Loop area. Union Station is just a block away, as are on-ramps to the 90/94 and 290 Expressways. Walk a couple of blocks northwest from this property for some of the city’s best dining and grocery stores. As you would expect, this building is 100% smoke-free and has 24-hour security door staffing. Where to begin on the apartments themselves? These efficient, open concept residences (specifically some of the smartest studio/convertible layouts we’ve seen to date) come with exposed concrete ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Vinyl hardwood plank flooring runs throughout the livings spaces (there is Berber carpet in the bedrooms), and every apartment has a stacked washer and dryer. Cats and dogs are welcome on all floors (dog breed restrictions apply). Your furry friend will appreciate the on-site dog run as well as a large park just a block away.
