Where to begin on the apartments themselves? These efficient, open concept residences (specifically some of the smartest studio/convertible layouts we’ve seen to date) come with exposed concrete ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Vinyl hardwood plank flooring runs throughout the livings spaces (there is Berber carpet in the bedrooms), and every apartment has a stacked washer and dryer. In the kitchen you’ll find Energy Star® appliances, and an undermount stainless sink and subway tile backsplash. Bathrooms are equally decked out with designer fixtures and mirrored medicine cabinets.
Parking is available on-site at an additional charge. Cats and dogs are welcome on all floors (dog breed restrictions apply). Your furry friend will appreciate the on-site dog run as well as a large park just a block away.
